How to interpret submissions ↗Understand the limits
Source coverage is uneven. Missing geography is excluded from recognised-country counts; source-region text is not used to infer a division. Institution totals are withheld where system/facility overlap has not been reconciled. A reporting year filter includes only observations dated to that year.
